Xu Xiaoning Li Mei, born in Xi, Shaanxi on June 1969, is a national first-class actor, president of Shaanxi Opera Research Institute and vice chairman of Shaanxi Dramatists Association. Her husband is Xu Xiaoning. The main staff are Zheng Dan and Xiao Dan, who are familiar with the Shaanxi Opera, Hu Mei Opera and Wan Wan Opera. He is one of the iconic figures of Qin Opera.
