Li was born in Dacheng County, Shuntianfu. He is now a native of Li Jiacun, Zangtun Township, Dacheng County, Hebei Province. His ancestral home is Qihe, Shandong. He was the eunuch general manager during the reign of Empress Dowager Cixi in Qing Dynasty. He was the most powerful eunuch in the late Qing Dynasty. Xianfeng was a eunuch for five years and entered the palace the following year. Although Li has no education, he is very talented and eloquent. He will soon be sent to the palace as a eunuch.
Li was not qualified to learn reading when he was a child, but he learned it quickly after he entered the king and palace. In order to please his master, he will ask his master outside the palace for any skills. Li's emotional intelligence is also quite high, and her speech has never been inconsistent with the people's hearts. Cixi's good face is sometimes ugly in front of outsiders, and she has to let Li come back.
