What is the general level of middle-level management cadres?
Cadres managed by the Central Organization Department, also known as "middle management cadres", are mainly divided into two categories: the first category: cadres directly managed by the central government, such as deputy governors, deputy ministers (deputy directors) of national ministries and commissions and other cadres at or above the provincial level.
