(3) Examination methods and contents
The examination is divided into interview (initial examination and second examination) and written examination, with a total score of 100. Among them, interview accounts for 60% and written test accounts for 40%.
The preliminary test results are not included in the interview results. After the interview and re-examination, according to the ratio of the number of recruitment positions to the number of interviews and re-examinations 1: 2 (calculated separately for men and women), the written examiners are determined in the order of high score to low score.
The total interview score is 100, and the contents are as follows: mainly examine the interviewer's image temperament, broadcasting host level, comprehensive quality, adaptability and work ability.
The total score of written test is 100, and the contents are: public basic knowledge and professional knowledge (among which, public basic knowledge accounts for 40% and professional knowledge accounts for 60%). The examination scope of "Public Basic Knowledge" is: political theory, official document writing, knowledge of public institutions, etc. The examination scope of "Professional Knowledge" is: the professional course knowledge set by "Radio and Television Broadcasting Host Major" of full-time National Education University.
(4) Calculation of results
After the interview and written test, the total score is calculated according to the ratio of interview and written test scores of 6:4. Namely: total score = interview score ×60%+ written test score ×40%.
Seven, physical examination and inspection
Physical examination items and standards shall be implemented by the employing unit according to the requirements of recruitment positions and with reference to General Standards for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial) (No.1 issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China andNo. 19 issued by Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security). If the medical examiner fails to participate in the medical examination according to the regulations due to the vacancy of the medical examiner and the medical examiner is unqualified, the medical examiner will be replenished from high score to low score according to the total written test score. If all the physical examinations that have entered the written examination are unqualified or no one can make up the exam, the make-up exam will not be given.
Organize inspection for those who pass the physical examination. According to the total score, physical examination and inspection results, the candidates to be hired will be reported and publicized for 7 days. If the problems reflected during the publicity period are serious and there is evidence to prove that they do not meet the recruitment qualifications, the qualification of the person will be cancelled.
Eight. hire
After examination and approval, the personnel to be employed shall report to the unit within the prescribed time limit and go through the relevant formalities at the county personnel bureau (20 1 1 graduates shall report to the unit and start work within the prescribed time limit, sign an employment contract with the employer after obtaining the diploma, and those who fail to obtain the diploma on time will not be employed). Those who fail to report within the prescribed time limit shall be deemed to have given up automatically. The resulting vacancies will be filled according to the candidates' written interview results after physical examination.
The proposed employee will have a one-year probation period. After the probation period, those who pass the examination will be formally employed, and those who fail the examination will not be employed. The employment service period of the hired personnel shall not be less than 4 years (including one-year probation period).
Nine. Discipline and supervision
Recruiting units and staff should ensure that information, processes and results are open and accept the supervision of the society and relevant departments. If the reference personnel violate the regulations and practise fraud, once verified, their qualifications will be cancelled, and the relevant personnel will be severely dealt with in accordance with the relevant regulations. In violation of the provisions of Article 30 of Order No.6 of the Ministry of Personnel, it shall be handled in accordance with the provisions of the Measures for Handling Violations of Discipline in Personnel Examination in Sichuan Province (Trial) issued by the Provincial Personnel Department and the Provincial Supervision Department. If a crime is constituted, criminal responsibility shall be investigated according to law.
