Zhang Jianjun was born in Changde, Hunan. In June, he joined China 1987 * *, joined the work in March 1975, and graduated from Xiangtan University with a major in secretarial science.

He is currently a member of the Party Group of Zhuzhou Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and the Party Secretary and Director of Zhuzhou Talent Service Center.
