Nie Youli, Han nationality, 1953 was born in Shanghai in June, and his native place is Shaoyang, Hunan. 1970 to 1978 worked in Heilongjiang production and construction corps at the beginning of the year. 1978 to 1982, Department of History, East China Normal University, the first educational science research class. He started teaching at East China Normal University from 1982 and was promoted to professor from 1999. In the meantime, he served as secretary of the preparatory group of the Third Affiliated Middle School of East China Normal University, assistant and deputy director of the Education Consulting Service Center of East China Normal University, and vice president and dean of the School of Preschool and Special Education of East China Normal University. At present, he is the doctoral supervisor of the history course teaching theory major in the School of Education Science of East China Normal University, and the vice president of the non-partisan Senior Intellectuals Association of East China Normal University. He is also the chairman of the history teaching professional Committee of Shanghai Education Association; Executive director of the history teaching professional Committee of China Education Association and deputy director of the academic Committee; Consultant of Shanghai Education Examinations Institute, expert of history discipline group, member of Shanghai Education Commission on middle school history curriculum standards and interpretation, member of textbook review, and member of senior title evaluation of middle school history; Member of the research group of "Academic Evaluation of Curriculum Reform" in the Teaching and Research Section of Shanghai Education Commission. In addition, he was hired by East China Normal University as a curriculum reform consultant and teacher training tutor in many middle schools in Shanghai, Zhejiang, Jiangsu and Hunan.
