Nie Youli, Han nationality, 1953 was born in Shanghai in June, and his native place is Shaoyang, Hunan. 1970 to 1978 worked in Heilongjiang production and construction corps at the beginning of the year. 1978 to 1982, Department of History, East China Normal University, the first educational science research class. He started teaching at East China Normal University from 1982 and was promoted to professor from 1999. In the meantime, he served as secretary of the preparatory group of the Third Affiliated Middle School of East China Normal University, assistant and deputy director of the Education Consulting Service Center of East China Normal University, and vice president and dean of the School of Preschool and Special Education of East China Normal University.
