In the construction of the county vocational education center, the county magistrate concurrently serves as the principal of the vocational education center, and the executive vice president presides over the daily work. Two offices, namely, the Academic Affairs Office, the Admissions and Employment Office and the Office, have been set up, with special personnel in charge.

The county vocational education center, the full name of which is the county vocational and technical education center, used to belong to the county-level technical secondary school and is a department-level unit. However, it is under the leadership of the county education bureau of a peer unit. In order to promote the development of county-level vocational and technical schools, the vocational education center has been upgraded to a sub-county unit.
