Xia Di Road connects Zuo Di (Xiongxian section) and Zuo Di (Wen 'an section) of the newly-built Zhaowang River. This project is implemented from Zuo Di (Xiongxian section) of Zhaowangxin River to the boundary of the new district, with a length of 1.46km and a red line width of 8 m. The Wen 'an section was started on 202 1 and 12.30 in 2023.
