The Decision of the People's Government of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region on Abolishing the Measures for the Implementation of the Provisional Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Farmland Occupation Tax in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, which was considered and adopted at the 40th executive meeting of the 13th People's Government of the autonomous region on August 30th, 20 19, is hereby promulgated and shall come into force as of the date of promulgation.

The 40th executive meeting of the 13th People's Government of the Autonomous Region decided to abolish the Measures for the Implementation of the Provisional Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Farmland Occupation Tax in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region (promulgated by Decree No.46 of the People's Government of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region on June 6, 2009).
This decision shall come into force as of the date of promulgation.
