Zhang Guoping, Han nationality,1was born in Chongqing in June 1995. 1972 enlisted as a soldier, officer, section chief and deputy regiment commander; 1982 graduated from the Fine Arts Department of Southwest Normal University with a bachelor's degree; 1993 once worked in Sichuan Artists Association, served as director and deputy secretary-general. At present, he is vice-chairman and secretary-general of Sichuan Artists Association, curator of Sichuan Art Museum, and member and director of China Artists Association.
