However, the protection of giant pandas still has a long way to go, and we must not take it lightly. Last year's "5. 12" Wenchuan earthquake caused serious damage to the giant panda habitat in Baishuijiang Nature Reserve. Some landslides, trees fell and some patrol roads were destroyed. The patrol work of giant pandas was once forced to be interrupted. Fortunately, more than 100 giant pandas living in the deep mountains and forests in the earthquake escaped the disaster and were safe and sound. After the disaster, Baishuijiang Protection Bureau immediately organized overall personnel to rescue and provide disaster relief, actively repaired mountain patrol roads and resumed normal panda patrol work. These flowers are similar from year to year, but different from year to year. On the eve of the Spring Festival every year, Baishuijiang Nature Reserve Administration should carefully arrange the protection of giant pandas during the Spring Festival. Grassroots security stations do not have holidays during the Spring Festival, stick to their jobs, and bureau leaders tour grassroots condolences. This year is the first Spring Festival for people in the disaster area after the earthquake, and it is also the first Spring Festival for giant pandas in the disaster area after the earthquake. We must let the giant pandas spend the winter safely and have a peaceful and peaceful Spring Festival. On the eve of the Spring Festival, the leaders of the Protection Bureau set out early and deployed early, braved the snowstorm and cold in the middle of winter, crossed mountains and went deep into seven grass-roots protection stations, including Baima, Minbaogou, Shangdan, Liu Jiaping, Rangshui River, Hongtu River and Bikou, to express cordial condolences to the staff who fought in the front line of giant panda protection, and made careful arrangements for the protection of giant pandas during the Spring Festival.
