Zhai, male, party member of the Communist Party of China, is a major general of the Chinese People's Liberation Army. He used to be the director of the General Logistics Department of China People's Liberation Army in Qinghai-Tibet Station, and now he is the deputy director of the Military Supplies and Oil Department of the General Logistics Department of China People's Liberation Army.

He started as a soldier in the Pipeline Corps, and served as monitor, platoon leader, company commander, chief of staff, head, deputy minister and locomotive depot minister.
