Heze Liu Zhongda Haisheng is a native of Lianshui, Jiangsu. Liu Haisheng, male, Han nationality, born in June, 1956, from Lianshui, Jiangsu. Liu Haisheng, 1994 to 1998, works in the Anti-counterfeiting Office of Heze District Administrative Office. 1998 to 1999 worked in Heze comprehensive development office, 1999 worked in Heze comprehensive development center. In May, 2007, he attended a seminar for the president of Tsinghua University Institute of Business Administration. He is currently the chairman of Heze Zhongda Livable Real Estate Co., Ltd., the executive chairman of Huangpu Alumni Association, the president of Peking University Real Estate, and the general manager of China Peking University Huangpu Mutual Investment Holding Group.
