Resume is not static, it depends on what kind of company and job you are interviewing for. If the company or job requires relevant English conditions, you should attach CET-4 and CET-6. If they don't ask, you can of course write the score (you must write it after CET-4), but there is no need to highlight it, because there are two situations in general interviews:

First, let you watch a paragraph or some English, and then translate it after reading it.

Second, talk to you directly in English.

If you can handle it, that's fine.

Generally speaking, the requirements for students in school, especially those in grade one or two, are not too high.
