I am descended from Yu Shu.
Zhou Wuwang had a young son named Tang Shuyu, the ancestor of the State of Jin in the Zhou Dynasty and the younger brother of Zhou Chengwang. He is the blood ancestor of Han surname and surnamed tang. After the death of King Wu, he became a young king and was regent by King Wu's younger brother, Duke Zhou. After the Duke of Zhou destroyed the Tang Dynasty (now the western part of Yicheng, Shanxi),

The founding father of the state of Jin, surnamed Yu, is the youngest son and younger brother. According to the enfeoffment system of the Western Zhou Dynasty, he was sealed in today's Shanxi. It was first sealed in Tang dynasty, so it was named Tang, so it is also called, the country name is probably. Later, his son, Xie's father, moved to Jinjiang and changed his name to Jin. His descendants moved to Xintian (now houma city West) and other places, but the name of the country remained unchanged. From the beginning, father and son successively visited Jin, such as Wu Houning, Cheng Houfuren, Li Houfu and Hou Jing Yijiu. The records of these generations are gone, and there are no dates and historical events to rely on. In 842 BC (the seventeenth and thirty-seventh years of Emperor Jingdi), "Chinese" rioted in Zhoudu and fled to Kunming (now huozhou city, Shaanxi). In 84 BC1year, the "Republic regime" began, which was called the first year of the Republic. This is the beginning of China's clear chronology and the exact chronology of Jin State.

There are two issues that people have been arguing about Yu Shu's sealing the Tang Dynasty. One is the myth that Tang Shuyu was born, and the other is why Yu Shu sealed the Tang Dynasty. Is the story of "East Ye Feng" credible? Where's Don? Knowing these two questions clearly, we will have a clear and correct understanding of the founding history of Jin State.

The myth of birth can be found in the Historical Records of the King: "Those who go are born in and become in. At first, I met Uncle Yu's mother.

In the dream, the king of Wu said,' I ordered you to have children, and I will be with you when I am in trouble.' With children, Wen said' jade' in his hand, so he was worried about life. "There is no doubt that this is an inductive myth, which is very common in China's ancient books, and it has been recorded from Shangshu and Shijing to the twenty-fourth history. Its purpose is nothing more than to describe emperors and generals as sons of the gods, so as to improve their social status and make the generals fear them and believe that they are born with destiny.

The event of "sealing a brother" was first seen in Lu Chunqiu. The original text is as follows: "Wang Cheng and Tang Shuyu lived in Yan 'an, helped Dong Ye think it was silicon, and gave it to Tang Shuyu, saying,' Give it specially. Uncle Yu happily told Duke Zhou that Duke Zhou invited him to say,' Does the son of heaven seal evil spirits? Said,' I'm the only one playing with Yu. Duke Zhou said to Japan:' I listened, and the son of heaven was not joking. The son of heaven said it in the history book, and the public recited it, and the scholar called it. So he sealed Yu Shu in Jin. This theory can also be found in Shi Ji Jin Shi Jia and Liu Xiang's Shuo Wen Jie Zi.

The stories in Historical Records Jin Shijia and Lv Chunqiu Chongyan were written by an uncle's mother because of her dream. It is obviously the words of a novelist to explain the big enfeoffment system in the early Zhou Dynasty with the theory of dream interpretation and child's play. Later generations also have textual research on these two things, saying that the ancient Chinese character "Yu" is "Cong Cong", and the characters in its palm may be similar in texture, so it may be as recorded by Sima Qian. There are also many controversies about the appellation of tung leaves. What is more convincing is Mr. Zhang Yong's explanation from the perspective of ancient Chinese characters. He thinks that the word "Tong" in bronze inscriptions is similar to the word "Tang", and the theory of cutting Tong may be a mistake in the Tang Dynasty. Accordingly, it is reasonable for Zhou Chengwang to enfeoffment his brother Yu Shu here after destroying the old Tang State.
