Kuanzheng was born on March 11th in Koishikawa, Edo, in the 12th year (1800). He is a third-generation vassal, and his mother is Kang Cheng (Wai Shan, Ying Xiangyuan). When I was a child, I studied mitosis with Huize Zhengzhizhai, which shows my cleverness.
In the 12th year of Zheng Wen (1829), the eighth generation of eldest brother's vassal Tokugawa Jixiu died. Because there were no children, the door sent the 20-year-old Cheng of the eleventh generation general Tokugawa (later Tokugawa Qijiang) as a vassal, because Heng Zhicheng was the half-brother of Jixiu's main office. However, the Mito warlord rebounded violently, and the corporal level supported the tiger general Saburo, so the tiger renamed Saburo Guisaburo and succeeded him as the ninth generation warlord in 1 1 month. Later, it was renamed Zhao Qi.
Subordinate administrative reform
In the second year of natural forest protection (183 1), Zhao Qi, aged 3 1, married Deng Mei Miyako, a 27-year-old daughter of the royal family, and ji zi's sister, Queen Chokole Miyako, was the chief officer of the12nd generation general Tokugawa IeYoshi.
Zhao Qi devoted himself to Yu Zongzheng, set up the Zongxue Hongdao Pavilion, suppressed the imperial clan, and appointed the corporal clan. For example, Tadao Toda, Fujita Toho, Daidao Ando, Masayoshi Huize, Takeda of Yun Geng and Castle Peak of Zhuozhai, young warriors who supported Zhao Qi began to reform their vassal management.
It is generally believed that Zhao Qi's reform has certain influence on the reform of natural forest protection brought by Mizuno Zhongde. In July of the eighth year of Natural Forest Protection (1837), Zhao Qi put forward "the meaning of classics" (the full inspection of the land), "the meaning of being the master" (the princes and the natives), the meaning of factions (the princes and the townships built Hongdao Pavilion) and "the meaning of total alternation" (the abolition of the shogunate system). At the same time, a large-scale military training called "bird catching" was carried out, barns were built to help the countryside, and the shogunate's ban on land reclamation and the construction of large ships was lifted.
However, in the first year of Honghua (1844), when Zhao Qi was 44 years old, he was forced to live in seclusion and was ordered to be cautious because of the barrage of iron cannons and the suppression of Buddhism in the previous year. Since then, Yin Shou, the founder of Mituo religion, has held real power and acted arbitrarily. However, due to his support for Corporal Zhao Qi's restoration movement, the Caution Order was lifted in the third year of Honghua (1846), and in the second year of Yongjia (1849), Zhao Qi was also tacitly intervened in the government of the buffer region.
Episodic political participation
In June of the 6th year of Yongjia (1853), when sailing in Peili, shogunate politics began to intervene because Masahiro Abe, the first person from Laos and China, asked to participate in coastal defense. However, Zhao Qi advocated a tough theory of resisting foreigners from the standpoint of mitosis. In the second year of An Zheng (1855), he participated in the military reform. In the same year, the Anzheng earthquake, Toho Fujita and Tadashi Toda's think tanks were killed in the accident and other unfortunate events occurred. In the fourth year of Anzheng (1857), Masahiro Abe died, and Masamu Horida became the actual chief of Laos and China. They strongly oppose the theory of founding the country, so they are opposed to promoting the founding of the country.
Later, the thirteenth generation general Tokugawa decided the question of the general's succession. Zhao Qi, who supported his son Joey Qingxi to form the Bridge School, and Jing Yi Zhi Zhi, who supported Li Dechuan Qingfu to form the South School, were in direct opposition, but Zhao Qi lost in this political struggle. In the fifth year of Anzheng (1858), Naoki, a veteran, signed the Japan-US trade treaty without authorization, and Keio Tokugawa (Tokugawa Jiamao), a southerner, also became the14th generation general.
In the sixth year of Anzheng (1859), due to the succession of the general and the signing of the treaty, Qi Zhaohe, former vassal Wang Song Ping Guiyong (Spring Moon), former vassal Wang Dechuan Guishu and their son Muqiaoji entered the city (Edo City) irregularly without authorization and questioned Jing Yi, which was finally rejected.
Die of illness
On August 15th of the first year of Wanyan (1860), Zhao Qi died of myocardial infarction at the age of 6 1 year. In March of the same year, changes outside Sakurada led to the death of Naoki Naoki, so it was rumored that Zhao Qi was assassinated by Yan Gen, a vassal of Jingyi.
