What was the process of Guangzhou Uprising, and what were its historical significance and lessons?
The Guangzhou Uprising was a large-scale violent revolution led by the Guangdong Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China under the direct guidance of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China. It was another heroic counterattack against the Kuomintang reactionaries and a bold attempt to establish a Soviet regime in the city after the Nanchang Uprising and the Autumn Harvest Uprising on the Hunan-Jiangxi border. Although the uprising failed, the heroic struggle of the insurgents and the workers and peasants and the revolutionary spirit of not being afraid of sacrifice gave new encouragement to the people of China and wrote a glorious page in the history of the people's revolutionary struggle in China. Its main experience: (1) established a military commission with sound organization and leadership; (2) Change the plan in time and be resolute; (3) Uprising soldiers and civilians fought bravely and were not afraid of sacrifice; (4) We can't copy foreign experience, and the time to capture big cities is not yet ripe.
