Wang Benzhong, member of the National Education Advisory Committee, chairman of the National Expert Working Committee on Basic Education Curriculum and Textbooks, chairman of the Education Professional Committee of the Senior Middle School of China Education Association, president of the Beijing Affiliated High School, president of the Beijing Sentosa Institute of Education Development and Innovation of Beijing Normal University, former president and secretary of the Beijing Experimental Middle School, and director of the National Computer Education Research Center of primary and secondary schools, was awarded the honorary titles of "Beijing Advanced Educator" and "Beijing Model School". Principal Wang Benzhong directly participated in or was in charge of many major educational reform projects in Beijing and even the whole country.
