Liu Yinzhi, male, Han nationality,1born in February 1965, doctor of management, professor-level senior engineer, is currently the deputy general manager (deputy department level) of China Pingmei Shenma Energy and Chemical Industry Group Co., Ltd.

He has served as technician, vice captain, deputy chief engineer, chief engineer, deputy mine manager and mine manager of Pingdingshan No.6 Coal Mine Bureau, and deputy general manager of Pingdingshan Coal Industry (Group) Co., Ltd.

He is currently the deputy general manager of China Pingmei Shenma Group, and concurrently the chairman of Pingdingshan Tianan Coal Industry Co., Ltd. and Pingmei International Mining Investment Co., Ltd..
