You can use the "drawing" attachment that comes with your computer. Here are the steps:

1 First, we need to resize the picture. (Take the photo taken by mobile phone as an example, the size is 1.66MB).

2. Open the drawing software that comes with the computer.

3. Open the picture to be Resized in the drawing software, and you can see "resize" in the upper left corner of the software. Click this button, and the following picture box will appear.

4. In the pop-up dialog box, the values of "horizontal" and "vertical" are 100. If you lower this value, the size of the picture will also decrease. (here adjusted to 25, the result is as follows)

5. Click Save after adjustment, and the new image size will be smaller than the original one. If the size is still not suitable, you can repeat the above steps.
