Si Mahui, whose name is Cao De, is from Yangzhai, Yingchuan. He is noble and refined, and has the ability to recognize people and talents, which is respected by the world.
Pang Tong, a native of Nanjun County, heard that Sima Caode lived in Yingchuan, so he walked two thousand miles to visit him. When I arrived in Yingchuan, I met Si Mahui who was picking mulberry leaves. Pang Tong said to Si Mahui in the car, "I heard that a gentleman should have a very important position in his life. How can he suppress the huge water flow and do something to cure _ diaosi girl! " Cao De said, "Please get off for a while. You only know that the path is fast, but you don't worry about getting lost. Once upon a time, Bocheng would rather farm than envy the glory of princes; Yuan Zhen would rather live in a humble house with Sang Mu as the axis than live in an official residence. How can you live in a luxurious house, ride a fat horse when you go out, and have a dozen maids waiting on you, which makes you different? This is the reason why hermits Xu You and Chao Fu felt deeply, and it is also the reason why upright officials Boyi and Shu Qi lamented. Despite the title of Lv Buwei, Qi Jinggong's wealth is not worthy of respect. " Pang Tong said, "I was born in a remote place and seldom saw the truth. If you don't ring the bell and drum, you don't know its sound. " Si Mahui and Pang Tong talked day and night. Upon hearing this, Si Mahui was amazed at Pang Tong, and called Pang Tong the first of the celebrities in Nan Zhou, and Pang Tong was gradually known to people.
