For example, if classmates quarrel or fight over trivial matters, I will take the initiative to educate them and tell them to learn to care about others and let them learn to deal with the relationship between classmates. For the "problem students" and "students with poor grades" in this class, it is not a little rejection, but kind care and love. I often give encouragement and help to students who are lagging behind in their studies, solve their learning difficulties and give them confidence to continue their studies. I educate students with my heart, cultivate students with my feelings, set an example of love for them with my own behavior, and make friends with them sincerely.
In a word, I prepare every class carefully. In preparing lessons, I study textbooks and teaching books carefully. Learn the new syllabus well and learn the advanced experience of others with an open mind. Strive to thoroughly understand the teaching materials and find the key points and difficulties. Listen carefully in class, try to grasp the key points and break through the difficulties. Use a variety of teaching methods. Starting from the reality of students, pay attention to arouse their enthusiasm and creative thinking. In teaching, consciously introduce new knowledge points through life, examples, activities, games and other forms, so that students can feel that mathematics knowledge is everywhere in their daily lives. And through students' personal experience, operation, practice, experience, discussion and other methods, create scenarios to stimulate students' interest in learning and realize the process of forming students' perceptual knowledge.
