Liang Hongzhi (1September 2, 957—June 30, 2004), male, Han nationality.

Born in Zuoyingqu, Kaohsiung City, Taiwan Province Province, he was a representative figure in the development of campus folk songs in the late 1970s, and wrote more than 500 songs in his life. When I was a sophomore, I was baptized and converted to Christianity. I wrote the gospel song "Please Follow Me" with the love of the Lord Jesus and the beauty of following the Lord, which was sung by Julie and became a century classic with moving "Change". Cai Qin, Julie and others became heavyweight singers by singing his songs.

I began to write lyrics and songs when I was a student. I wrote "Like your tenderness" in high school. At the age of 20, I showed my amazing talent. My friend likes to sing his songs. Before I became famous, his songs were widely sung by students on campus. 1980, I published his debut "Like Your Gentleness" in Folk Songs 3, and I discovered Cai Qin's singing skills.

The movie song "What Can I Do" and "Choice", which was co-produced with Cai Qin again, became popular again. The song "Choice" won the Jinding Award for composition and became a smash hit in Taiwan's music scene. Then "When I miss you" and "Never Change" caused waves again and again. In that era when China's record market was still in its infancy, Liang Hongzhi's creation set off a poetic wave.
