In 2003, he returned to China Southern Airlines and presided over the National Natural Science Foundation "Research on Controlled Ablation and Efficient Machining by EDM Dressing", "Research on Subsequent WEDM of Semiconductor Materials with Special Electrical Characteristics", Aviation Fund "Research on Controlled Ablation and Efficient Milling Technology of Aeronautical Difficult-to-machine Metal Materials by EDM Dressing" and Jiangsu Natural Science Foundation Project "Research on New Low-speed WEDM System Based on Composite Working Fluid". As one of the project leaders, Jiangsu Key Laboratory of Precision and Micro-manufacturing Technology opened the project "Based on Composite Working Fluid", and conducted research on Jiangsu high-tech projects "Research on high-efficiency and low-cost cutting technology of large-size ultra-thin solar silicon wafer based on special processing technology" and "Key technology and equipment of low-cost and high-efficiency multi-wire cutting of ultra-thin solar silicon wafer", and won the third prize of Jiangsu Science and Technology Progress Award (ranked second) in 2009 and the third prize of National Defense Science and Technology Invention Award (ranked third) At present, the main research directions include: EDM, laser surface treatment, electrochemical deposition and other special processing technologies. At the same time, we are also doing research on EDM milling of high resistance semiconductor materials and high efficiency and high precision EDM of titanium alloys. In recent five years, he has published more than 0 academic papers 100, and more than 20 articles have been included in SCI and EI, and obtained 10 invention patents.
He is currently the director of the National Special Processing Branch of China Mechanical Engineering Society, the deputy director of the WEDM Professional Committee of the National Special Processing Branch, and the chairman of the Sixth Special Processing Society of Jiangsu Province.
