History of Dali No.1 Middle School in Yunnan Province
The predecessor of this school is "Yun Xi College". 1877 (the third year of Guangxu in Qing dynasty) 10 June 5438+05 Yunnan Zhifu Yang transferred and donated to build local schools in Dali, real estate and other industries, "Five Houses" (Dali, Chuxiong, Yongchang [now Baoshan], Lijiang and Shunning [1902].

Since 19 1 1, the school has trained more than 30,000 senior and junior high school students. The alumni who went down in history during the democratic revolution are: the Communist Party of China (CPC)'s early revolutionary activists Zhang Bojian and Wang Fusheng, outstanding party workers in Northeast China and Mongolia, Shi Jie, the first provincial party secretary of the underground party of the Communist Party of China, anti-Japanese national hero, "General Bai Zi" Zhou Baozhong, and famous patriotic general and strategist Yang Jie. Countless alumni have made outstanding contributions to culture, education and science and technology, such as educator Zhang Haiqiu, scholar Cun, historian Ma Yao and Liu Yaohan, international ecologist Feng Yaozong from urine, philosopher Yang Guichang, writer Zhang Wenxun, medical experts Li Shunan, Liu Yaohan, Wu Tianqiao, and academician Chen Jing of China Academy of Engineering. Lin, a famous Yunnan folk writer and musician, once taught in a school. The students trained after the founding of New China have all worked on various fronts, and many of them have become backbones.
