There are two main kinds of big-eyed goldfish. One is called blisters, as the name suggests, with watery eyes. There is also a longan with eyes like chess pieces.

Keep goldfish with sterilized well water, river water or tap water. Old water is tap water that has been stored for a period of time, and substances such as chlorine bleaching powder in it have dissipated cleanly.
