The unveiling ceremony of Unicom Big Data Co., Ltd. was held in Beijing on the morning of September 25th. At this conference, Unicom also disclosed the three-tier operation products of Unicom's big data foundation, standard application and platform-level industry solutions.

Jiang, deputy general manager of China Unicom, also mentioned at the press conference that Unicom's Big Data Company is positioned as a joint venture platform for external centralized operation and big data industry expansion, which is the product of China Unicom's top-level architecture design strategy.

In addition, China Unicom also signed a strategic cooperation agreement with China UnionPay, and the two sides decided to establish a long-term and stable partnership and carry out all-round cooperation in data resources, technical capabilities and product research and development.

China Unicom's mixed reform plan in August has attracted much attention from all walks of life. In addition to capital, the operation and personnel management of the new company will affect the implementation of mixed reform of state-owned enterprises.

Now, China Unicom has announced the basic direction of market-oriented reform of managers. The market-oriented reform and adjustment of managers are mainly based on two documents: Guiding Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on Deepening the Reform of State-owned Enterprises and Several Opinions on Deepening the Reform of State-owned Enterprises, Adhering to the Party's Leadership and Strengthening Party Building.

On September 25th, Wang Xiaochu, Chairman of China Unicom, said in an interview that "(mixed reform plan) is now going through the approval of the CSRC, and the last procedure, we expect it will take about one month normally (approval can be completed)", and all the funds of strategic investors are expected to be in place within this year.

He also said that the big data business has been launched, and the future is not only the strategic business of China Unicom. In addition to big data companies, there are also specialized companies in group car networking and cloud services, and specialized Internet of Things companies are about to be established. "These big layouts are basically completed."

Not long ago, personnel changes occurred in China Unicom. Zhao Jun, general manager of China Unicom Cloud Data Company and Shandong Unicom, has resigned, and the whole group is promoting more sensitive equity incentives.

At the extraordinary shareholders' meeting of China Unicom, Chairman Wang Xiaochu said that China Unicom had substantive business cooperation negotiations with Baidu, Ali, Tencent and JD.COM, mainly focusing on four aspects: new retail, cloud computing, home Internet and Internet of Things. The establishment of this big data company is carried out around four levels.
