From 65438 to 0993, Gu graduated from Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics, majoring in agricultural finance. A few years later, Gu became the head of Huawei's financial management department, and was later sent to Huawei Shandong Branch and Huawei North Branch as the chief financial officer.

In 2003, Gu went to Shanghai to establish Dinghan Technology as the deputy general manager in charge of finance and marketing. Gu is the chairman and general manager of Dinghan Technology Co., Ltd., and the deputy general manager, secretary-general and chief financial officer are Gu's former colleagues at Huawei.
