Vanke can't keep the first place for three reasons:

First, state-owned enterprises entered Vanke, making Vanke a mixed listed company. In management, there will be problems such as inconsistent ideas of major shareholders and incompatible corporate culture, which will lead to the decline of overall efficiency and benefit of enterprises.

Second, the chairman and president with financial background are meticulous and cautious about enterprise management, but they lack the overall strategic view. Most people with economic background seek stability first and dare not attack the city and plunder the land.

Third, the current real estate market is extremely decadent. Gentlemen don't fight for their lives, and no matter how big the enterprise is, it can't resist the trend.

At the same time, Vanke has been doing diversified layout, which will involve their advantages in the real estate field. At present, Vanke is in the period of industrial restructuring, which will affect their strong breakthrough in the real estate field.
