Lei Feng/Kloc-left his hometown at the age of 0/3, went to Guangzhou as an apprentice, and later studied in a military school. From 65438 to 0958, he joined the China People's Liberation Army and served in the Second Artillery Corps. 1960, he was sent to the Northeast Army, began to engage in voluntary service, and met his future wife Jess Zhang. 1962, Lei Feng died unexpectedly in voluntary labor at the age of 22. In his diary and letters before his death, the words "I want to learn the spirit of Lei Feng" often appeared. 65438-0963 the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China decided to carry out nationwide activities to learn from Lei Feng and carry forward the spirit of Lei Feng. Since then, "learning from Lei Feng's good example" has become the motto of a generation, and Lei Feng has also been praised as "a model for the whole people and a model for the times".
