Why did hr read my resume during the interview? What should I do?
I encountered similar problems when I applied for the job. In fact, I personally think that this is not to say that HR deliberately makes things difficult for me or targets me, but to some extent it is also caused by my own problems.

It was after I graduated from college that I didn't find a suitable job for some time, so my classmates and I often attended various job fairs to submit resumes, eager to find a suitable job. Once, at a job fair, I found a company looking for an assistant manager. I thought I was more suitable for this job, so I handed my resume to hr. After reading it, HR threw it to me and told me directly that they wanted to recruit graduates from famous universities, not students from two ordinary schools like me, because they were an excellent company and the talents they recruited must be excellent enough.

Although some students around me are very dissatisfied with this behavior of HR and think that this practice of HR lacks respect for me, I can understand this practice of the other party after reflection. After all, my basic qualifications do not meet the recruitment requirements of the other party. This can't be blamed on the other side. Although this HR is arrogant, and their company didn't explicitly say when recruiting, the fundamental problem is that my ability and education don't match, so I will try my best to adjust my mentality and lower the job-hunting standard when applying in the future. After all, I am a fresh graduate and lack my own work experience, so I should put a low profile. Later, I finally found a job that really suits me, and I found a sense of belonging and accomplishment in this job. I think the experience of failed application is also a valuable life experience for me.
