Zhang Guiyu, male, 1957, from Feixian County, Linyi City. After graduating from junior high school, he joined the army. After several years of experience in the army, he returned to his hometown and worked in a construction and installation engineering company in Linyi area. He went from technical guidance to vice president of the company.

In 2002, Zhang Guiyu transformed the machinery factory into a joint-stock enterprise and renamed it Linyi Tian Li Construction Machinery Co., Ltd.; In the same year, Linyi Tianyuan Concrete Engineering Co., Ltd. and Linyi Tianyuan Mechanized Construction Co., Ltd. were founded.
In 2003, Zhang Guiyu transformed the component factory into a joint-stock enterprise and renamed it Linyi Tianyuan Building Materials Co., Ltd.; In the same year, Linyi Tianyuan Auto Repair Co., Ltd., Linyi Tianyuan Cost Consulting Co., Ltd., Linyi Tianyuan Building Materials Co., Ltd. New Building Materials Factory and Linyi Tian Li Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. Net Products Factory were established.
