The assessment of students in American universities is different from that in China. This is not just a score. To sum up, the assessment has three aspects:
First, the standardized test, that is, TOEFL /SAT, you scored 83 points on the TOEFL naked test, which is very good. If you can attend some training courses, it is estimated that it is no problem to rush to 100 before applying. I don't know if you have taken the SAT and what your grades are.
Secondly, GPA, that is, the average grade in school, because American high schools have a four-year system, while in Chinese mainland, it is the average grade in grades three to four.
3.EA, that is, extracurricular activities, as the name implies, are all activities done outside the classroom, but which ones are helpful to your application, which also needs to take into account your interest and the major you want to study in the future. There are more and more students applying to American universities, and the competition is more intense this year.
