1984 ——1988, Design and Research Institute of Ministry of Machinery Industry, engaged in architectural design.

1988 —— currently teaching in the Department of Architecture, School of Architecture and Urban Planning, Beijing University of Technology, national second-class registered architect, and executive dean of Beijing Planning Institute. Mainly engaged in teaching, scientific research and engineering design in architectural design and urban design.

He presided over and participated in the completion of more than 50 scientific research projects such as the National Natural Science Foundation and the American Science Foundation.
