1998 wholly acquired Yongjing Yellow River Cement Plant and reorganized Yongjing Jinhe Shunfa Building Materials Co., Ltd.; Yongjing Jinfa Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. was established in 200 1, and Gansu Jinfa Group was established as the chairman and president in the same year;

In 2003, Yongjing Blonde Property Management Co., Ltd. was established;

In 2005, Gansu Golden Hair Group Hong Rui Holiday Hotel Co., Ltd. was established;

In 2005, Yongjing Hong Rui Grain and Oil Co., Ltd. was established;

In June, 2006, he was elected as the vice chairman of Yongjing CPPCC. In the same year, Yongjing Fuqiang Labor Service Company and Yongjing Jinhe Shunfa Building Materials Co., Ltd. Metal Magnesium Branch were established.
