What is the rank of senior colonel?
Except for a few countries with large universities, colonel is the highest title among university officials.

A colonel is a rank, not a position. There is only a corresponding relationship between grades and positions, but there is no inevitable relationship. Generally speaking, regimental cadres, deputy brigade cadres and some battalion cadres can be awarded the rank of colonel.

The ranks of officers are divided into the following three levels and ten levels:

(1) General (big star): General (3), Lieutenant General (2), Major General (1); ?

(2) school officials (two columns): senior colonel (+4 stars), colonel (+3 stars), lieutenant colonel (+2 stars), major (+1 star); ?

(3) Junior officers (1 bar): captain (+3 stars), lieutenant (+2 stars) and second lieutenant (+1 star).
