Chairman Jin is currently the deputy of Heilongjiang Provincial People's Congress, the vice president of Mudanjiang Federation of Industry and Commerce, the eighth executive committee of Heilongjiang Federation of Industry and Commerce, the executive director of Mudanjiang Enterprise Credit Association, the vice president of Mudanjiang Youth Federation, the vice president of Heilongjiang Korean Business Federation, the vice president of Mudanjiang Korean Entrepreneurs Association and the vice president of Mudanjiang Korean Career Promotion Association. He was awarded a model worker by Mudanjiang Municipal Government for five years in a row. He has won the titles of "Economic Man of Heilongjiang Province" and "Excellent Builder of Socialism with Chinese characteristics" for two consecutive years, and won the honorary titles of "Star of Wealth Creation Award" and "Outstanding Achievement Award" in Heilongjiang Province. In 2007, he was awarded the title of "Moral Model" and "Top Ten Economic Figures in Heilongjiang Province". In 2008, he was elected as the deputy of Heilongjiang Provincial People's Congress and a member of the presidium of this session.
