Just don't attach your resume to the email, but write it directly in the email ... so that they can save time in downloading attachments.

Do they have to take photos and pictures? If you must ask, you can call them and ask how to send it. And I suggest you write a resume in the email and attach it to the attachment, so that they can print it directly when they are interested in you.

Then put the photos and pictures in the attachment. I believe they must have read your resume first, and then choose whether to open the attachment if they are interested in you.
