The examination method for the certificate of cosmetic formulator is as follows:

Material preparation:

1, two copies of ID card.

2. Two copies of academic certificate.

3. Copy of the original vocational qualification certificate (not available, not needed).

4. Five recent color photos with a two-inch blue background.

5. Copy of relevant professional qualification certificate (with official seal).

Exam object: people who are engaged in or preparing to engage in this profession.

Examination grades: level 2 (intermediate technician), level 3 (senior technician), level 4 (intermediate technician) and level 5 (junior technician).

Certificate issuance: Those who pass the examination can obtain the People's Republic of China (PRC) vocational qualification certificate issued by Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security.

Requirements for third-class cosmetic formulators:

1, and has been engaged in this occupation for more than 6 years.

2. Have a college degree or above in this major or related major, and have been engaged in this occupation for more than 2 years. (Related majors refer to chemistry majors such as chemistry, chemical engineering, medicine, medicine and biology)

3, with other professional college degree or above, engaged in this occupation for more than 3 years.

4, with other professional college degree or above, engaged in this occupation for more than 2 years, after the vocational three-level formal training to reach the required standard hours, and obtain a certificate of completion.
