Directed and written by Bing Xu, New World is a chronological drama, which premiered in 2020. Red is directed by Yang Lei and written by Bing Xu and Sun Qiang, and it has the same name as New World. The difference between the two is that the red color is Shanghai Concession 1937- 1938 as Beijing. The New World is set in Beiping 1949.
