Liu Xiaoping, male, born in March 1979, Han nationality, born in Wugang, Hunan Province, is a doctoral student. Graduated from Xiangtan University Law School in 2000 with a bachelor's degree in law; I graduated from the Law School of Jilin University in 2003 with a master's degree in law. In 2008, he graduated from the Law School of Jilin University with a doctorate in law.

His main research interests are jurisprudence, western philosophy of law and political philosophy.
