Mr. Zhang, born in1September 1999, 1968, graduated from the Party School. He has served as secretary of the Party Working Committee of Xiangli Street in Sucheng District, director of China Merchants Bureau in Sucheng District, secretary of the Party Working Committee of Sucheng Economic Development Zone, deputy head of Sucheng District, member of the Standing Committee of Sucheng District Committee, deputy secretary-general of the municipal government, director of the Municipal Urban Management Bureau, and secretary of the Party Working Committee of Yanghe New District. He is currently the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Company, nominating candidates for directors of the seventh board of directors, and will soon serve as the chairman of the seventh board of directors of the Company.
