According to the inquiry about the openness of government affairs of Shanghai Municipal People's Government, on June 28th, 2022, the first plenary session of the 12th Committee of Shanghai Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China elected Li Qiang as the secretary of the municipal party committee, Gong Zheng and Zhuge Yujie as the deputy secretaries of the municipal party committee, and,, Hu, Zhao Jiaming, Zhu and Zhang Wei were elected as the standing committee members of the municipal party committee.
