Ulan tuya, born on September 9th in Horqin Grassland, Inner Mongolia, is a young member of the Minority Music Association, an ambassador of the red image of ethnic minorities, and a singer. He graduated from the Central University for Nationalities.

On September 8, 20 15, the original song "Girl of Aershan" was released and won the image ambassador of Aershan. The song was selected as one of the outstanding works of China literature volunteers "Go to the People".
