The leaderless group discussion uses scenario simulation to interview the candidates collectively. By giving a group of candidates (usually 5-7 people) a job-related question, let the candidates discuss it for a certain time (usually about one hour) to test their abilities and qualities in all aspects, so as to make a comprehensive evaluation of the candidates. The interview of civil servants is reviewed with reference to the national civil service examination preparation materials.
Waiting for the exam
Candidates who win the first place will be taken to the interview area by the staff for an interview, and other candidates will wait for the exam in the waiting area. The waiting area and the interview area are completely separated, so the candidates waiting for the exam know nothing about the candidates interviewed in front.
During this period, candidates waiting for the exam are not allowed to leave the waiting area. If they need to go to the toilet, they will be accompanied by same-sex staff.
In addition, if it is a full-day interview, at noon, the recruiting unit will provide free lunch to the candidates waiting for the interview. Usually a box lunch, sent to the waiting area. If the interview takes two days, the interview questions on the previous day are different from those on the next day.
In the waiting area, a staff member will inform the candidates who will be interviewed to prepare. In other words, 1 candidate will be arranged to wait outside the examination room, while others will wait in the waiting room, and so on.
