In the winter of the same year, Crane went to Malaysia and taught at Mapo Middle School in Johor Bahru, Zhonghua Middle School in Furongpo, Nanhua Middle School in ShiZhaoyuan and Ipoh Yucai Middle School. In July of the 26th year of the Republic of China, War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression began to create poems and paintings to publicize the Anti-Japanese War. The following year, a personal painting and calligraphy exhibition was held in Johor to support the motherland's war of resistance. After returning to China for 30 years, he taught at Zhongshan Middle School in Putian.
