This project takes the form of network remote for qualification examination, written examination and comprehensive interview. The specific arrangements are as follows:
(1) Qualification examination
L Please prepare the following materials, integrate them into a PDF file named "Candidate's Name+Registration Number (starting with 10003)", and submit it to :meai@sz.tsinghua.edu.cn; At the same time, the paper version will be delivered to: Teacher Hong, Information Building Office of Tsinghua University Shenzhen International Graduate School, Xili University Town, Nanshan District, Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province1909,0755-86717869. Please be sure to indicate "Re-examination Materials for Artificial Intelligence Project" on the express envelope. During the epidemic period, in order to ensure that your materials can be delivered on time, please use SF Express and deliver them before March 22nd, 20021year.
A. Admission ticket (copy submitted in paper version);
B. Original valid identity document (double-sided copy of paper version);
C. Academic degree certificate (student ID card provided by fresh graduates, copy submitted in paper version);
D. Candidates' self-report (including political performance, foreign language level, professional and scientific research ability, research plan); E. The original transcript of the university period or a copy of the transcript in the file (stamped with the red seal of the file unit). F. Other materials that can prove personal ability
Note: Please indicate the candidate number in the upper right corner of the above copy. Single-recruit candidates (including strong military plan students) and special plan candidates should also submit relevant materials according to the relevant requirements of our school.
L online qualification examination
Review time: March 22, 09: 00- 18: 30 (specific time will be announced separately) Review form: Tencent conference (conference number will be announced separately, and mobile cloud examination room will be reserved).
Audit materials: the original admission ticket for the candidates' initial examination, valid identity certificate (which must be within the validity period) and graduation certificate (student ID card of fresh graduates).
L The submitted materials (including transcripts) will not be returned regardless of admission or not. The qualification examination was not conducted or failed.
Candidates who have passed the exam will not be admitted.
(2) Software and hardware testing:
After the qualification examination, software and hardware tests will be conducted. Please install Tencent conference and mobile cloud examination room in advance to register for the exam. Candidates are required to interview in a two-station mode. One computer or mobile phone takes a picture of the front and the other takes a picture of the back. You need to register two accounts to log in.
(3) written test arrangement:
On-the-spot written test is changed to material review results: candidates are required to submit transcripts, resumes, personal statements and award certificates of the first five semesters during the undergraduate period, especially the results of mathematics-related courses and mathematics competition materials. The four tutors of this project will review the students' data and grade them respectively (100 scale), and calculate the average score of each student as the written test score.
(4) Comprehensive interview:
L time: March 23-24, 8: 00-20: 00, 20 minutes/student (specific time will be announced separately)
L form: Tencent conference (the conference number will be notified separately, and the mobile cloud examination room will be reserved)
Content: Make a comprehensive survey of the re-examination candidates in English reading, translation, listening and speaking ability, academic background and scientific research experience, professional basic knowledge and related practical ability, understanding of the development trend of this discipline, development potential in this professional field, ideological status and language expression ability, sharpness and logic of thinking, etc.
