Is staying up late a disease or medicine for contemporary young people?
The obvious answer is illness. For this question, I specially asked a few friends.

The first one is a friend, who often works overtime until two or three in the morning and goes to work the next day. The answer he gave me was that if I stayed up until one or two o'clock in the evening, I could still go to work energetically the next day. That means the job is not particularly important to him. Besides, it is enough for him to sleep for six hours every day, and he just needs to make up his sleep during the day.

The second is a friend, who is busy at ordinary times and doesn't rest until weekends. He said that although the work pressure is great now, he can only work hard to make a living. Sometimes I am really tired, so I go to bed early. Because, lack of sleep will affect the operation of the brain, leading to memory loss. So, on weekends, I will sleep a little longer.

The third is a friend who is married and has children. He said that when I was young, I felt young and healthy, and I could stay up late. But now with the growth of age, the body is not as good as before. Especially after the age of 30, I feel that the quality of sleep is getting worse and worse. Every time I lie in bed, I feel uncomfortable all over. Therefore, I go to bed early every night.

The fourth is a friend who has no family, traveling everywhere all day, eating, drinking and having fun. She said that she especially likes staying up late, because it can make her feel relaxed, in a better mood and less anxious. Recently, however, her sleep quality has obviously declined, and sometimes she wakes up in the middle of the night and even suffers from insomnia.

The above four friends have different answers. However, there is one thing in common, that is, they don't think staying up late for a long time is a disease. On the contrary, they all think it is a way to adjust their emotions or a way to relieve stress. In fact, from a medical point of view, staying up late for a long time does have a certain impact on health, especially for people who have chronic diseases themselves.

In addition, staying up late for a long time will make people's skin dull and accelerate skin aging. At the same time, it will also reduce the body's immunity and be vulnerable to bacteria and viruses. Therefore, no matter from the perspective of health or aesthetics, we should try to reduce staying up late. Of course, some people don't think that staying up late often is a disease. In their view, this is a habit, a hobby and even an attitude towards life. For example, I like to follow dramas, brush my mobile phone and get together with friends. These practices have not brought much impact on health.
