1984 graduated from the Department of Trade and Economics of Jilin University of Finance and Trade. After graduation, he was assigned to work in the Municipal Planning Economic Committee, which is a government agency.

1987 was awarded the National Excellent Quality Management Achievement Award jointly by China Association for Science and Technology, All-China Federation of Trade Unions, Central Committee of the Communist Youth League and China Quality Management Association. 199 1 started to engage in the management of foreign-funded enterprises in Dalian, and went to Singapore, Hong Kong, Macao, Thailand, Malaysia and other places to study and inspect, and was hired as a scientific and technological consultant by the Zhongshan District People's Government of Dalian. After returning to China, he served as the general manager of foreign-funded enterprises, organized and planned management marketing training activities in Beijing and Dalian many times, and had rich practical experience in foreign-funded enterprise management.

1998 engaged in higher education in Dalian and served as the minister of management department. Taught management courses and won the excellent course award of our school. From June 5438 to February 2002, he was transferred to the School of Management of Wenzhou University as the director of the Tourism Planning and Development Center of Wenzhou University. In September 2006, he taught in the Department of Business Administration of Wenzhou University Business School, and served as the director of the Business Management Consulting and Training Center of Wenzhou University Business School.
