Evening primrose, also known as cordate telosma, is a common wild flower growing in North America and South America. The leaves and bark of this plant are used to treat various health diseases, including respiratory infection and gastrointestinal discomfort. Today, this plant is widely used to extract essential oil. Evening primrose essential oil is mainly obtained from seed extraction.
